We're right in the heart of Queen West, one of Toronto's most vibrant neighborhoods. There's plenty of street parking nearby, and the 501 streetcar stops basically at our door. Pop by anytime during office hours - we love showing folks around the studio.

Nope, the first meeting is on us. It's really just a conversation where we get to know your project and you get to know how we work. No strings attached - if we're not the right fit, we'll even point you toward someone who might be.

It really depends on the scope. A residential project might take anywhere from 4-8 months for design and permitting, while larger commercial work could be 12-18 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline during our first conversation based on what you're planning.

Absolutely. We've done projects throughout Ontario and even a few out of province. The process might involve a bit more travel and virtual meetings, but we've gotten pretty good at making it work smoothly. Location's never been a dealbreaker for us.

As much as you want to be, honestly. Some clients want to be in on every decision, others prefer to give us the brief and check in at key milestones. We're flexible and adapt to what works for you. The important thing is you're comfortable with how things are progressing.

Having a rough budget range definitely helps us steer the design in the right direction from the start. But if you're not sure what things cost, that's totally fine too - we can walk through different options and their price implications during our consultation.
